Civil - Only attorney of record is authorized to check out the appellate record. Original exhibits may not be checked out. A letter request must state what portion of the record is requested and the date it is expected to be returned. - Q4. Do you allow cameras or recording devices in the courtroom?
- No. The Seventh Court of Appeals does not allow any recording or cameras in the courtroom.
