    Criminal - No check out on criminal cases. Note: the attorney of record may contact the trial court for a copy of the clerk's record.

    Civil - Only attorney of record is authorized to check out the appellate record. Original exhibits may not be checked out. A letter request must state what portion of the record is requested and the date it is expected to be returned.
    Q4. Do you allow cameras or recording devices in the courtroom?
    No. The Seventh Court of Appeals does not allow any recording or cameras in the courtroom.
